I work directly alongside business owners and their teams to build the structure, accountability, and processes that make growth possible without burning everything else down to get there.

Background Information

My work ethic started early pulling weeds on my grandfather’s almond orchard in the Central Valley. That foundation of showing up, doing the work, and caring about the outcome has never left me.

Over the past decade-plus I’ve worked across food service and catering, municipal government, corporate distribution, logistics coordination, and studied legal administration. I’ve been the front-line team member, the site manager, the person holding the operation together when things got complicated and the one building the systems to make sure they didn’t fall apart again. That cross-sector background is what makes my approach different.

I currently serve as a regional sales representative for a national snack food brand, assisting with product development, managing retail accounts, and stadium/venue sponsorship partnerships.

I hold an Associate Degree in Litigation and Paralegal Studies, which means I bring precision, process-driven thinking, and careful attention to documentation into every vendor agreement, SOP, and client engagement I touch.

I work with small and mid-sized product and service-based businesses in Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties and through remote engagements beyond. My clients are owners and operators who are capable and growing, but need the right structure to scale without chaos.
